Overview
Torii integrates with Namely and syncs: Users list - All employees with company email, Roles, Status & License
Note, Torii can support multiple accounts
Prerequisite

Make sure you have Namely account and admin user

To connect Torii to Namely you will be required to get the following from Namely:
Subdomain ( 1 ) and Personal Access Token (2)
Get Subdomain and Personal Access Token

Get the Subdomain from the URL of your Namely account (example: https://subdomain.namely.com)

Get the Personal Access Token from your admin account - Get the full instructions from the Intercom website - Authentication

After clicking on API, you will see a tab for OAuth Applications and a tab for Personal Access Tokens you need to get the Personal Access Token
Connect Namely integration to Torii

Go to the Integrations page and select the Namely tile

Click Connect to Namely

In the Connect Namely box enter the Subdomain and the Personal Access Token

Click Connect
Update the User Lifecycle settings
Now, in order to make sure you get the user lifecycle information in Torii, define Namely as your Human resource management system.

Under Settings >> User Lifecycle, click the Edit button to review the options.

Select Namely

In case Namely is your only source for user management, make sure to
uncheck Azure and Google workspace -
Click Preview changes

Apply changes
On the next scheduled sync, the user's statuses will be reflected in Torii
