Overview

Torii integrates with SAP SuccessFactors and syncs: Users list - All employees with company email, Roles, Status & License

Prerequisite

• Provide Admin access via:
  Admin Center >>  Manage Permission Roles >> Manage Integration Tools >> Enable Allow Admin to Access OData API through Basic Authentication
• If you require a specific IP address from Torii, use this one
• Torii requires access to these entities
  • User (make sure the "status" is not hidden)
  • UserAccount
  • EmpJob
  • EmpEmployment
  • PerPerson
  • PerEmail

Connect SuccessFactors integration to Torii

1. Go to the Integrations page and select the SuccessFactors tile
2. Click Connect
   
3. In the Connect SuccessFactors window enter the API URL
4. Add the Company ID
5. Enter the Username and Password, and make sure that this defined user has access to the API
6. Click Connect
   

Update the User Lifecycle settings

Now, to ensure you get the user lifecycle information in Torii, define SuccessFactors as your Human resource management system.

1. Under Settings >> User Lifecycle, click the Edit button to review the options.
2. Select SuccessFactors
3. In case SuccessFactors is your only source for user management, make sure to
   uncheck Azure and Google workspace
4. Click Preview changes
5. Apply changes
   
   

On the next scheduled sync, the user's status will be reflected in Torii.
