Set up Confluence integration and get all the insights in Torii's dashboard

Overview

Torii integrates with your Confluence account and syncs the users' data: ID, email, first name, last name, status, license status, and role.

Note that Torii can sync multiple Confluence accounts.

Prerequisites

Account owners and global admins can generate credentials required for the integration.

Optional: To sync user roles from Confluence, you will also need to provide the following Atlassian details:

  • Atlassian API Key
  • Atlassian Organization ID

These fields are not mandatory for the Confluence integration itself, but are required if you wish to sync user roles. For instructions on how to obtain these details, please refer to the Atlassian Integration article .

Connect Confluence Cloud integration to Torii

When connecting the Confluence integration, you will be asked to choose an Authentication Method. Torii supports two authentication methods:

  • User Basic Auth – authentication using a user API token
  • Service Account – authentication using an Atlassian service account (recommended)

Follow the relevant steps below based on the authentication method you select.

User Basic Auth

  1. Go to the Integrations page and select the Confluence tile.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. Enter your Confluence Organization URL from the address bar.
