Overview

Torii integrates with your Freshdesk account and syncs:

• Users list - Name, email and status
• License - Shows if the user has an account license

Note that Torii can support multiple FreshService accounts

Prerequisites

Make sure you have a Freshdesk account and you are the organization admin.

Connect Freshdesk Integration

1. Go to the Integrations page and click on the Freshdesk tile
   

2. Click Connect
   
   

3. In the "Connect Freshdesk" window, enter:

   • Freshdesk Organization URL - https://your_account.freshdesk.com
   • API Key

   and click Connect

   

4. Once the integration is connected and synced, it will display a green checkbox
