Overview

Torii integrates with Trello and syncs the users: email, name, application username, ID in app, status & enrolled date.

Please note, Trello only returns the email for the user who connected the integration. You can read more about users without emails here. 

Prerequisites

You are required to be a Trello account admin. 

Integration Process

To connect Trello to Torii, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Torii's Integrations page and click the Trello tile
  2. Click Connect

  3. In the Connect Trello window, enter the Trello Key and Token.mceclip0.png
  4. In Workspace ID, select the workspace you wish to integrate.

    Note that you will need to connect a new integration for each workspace and provide its Workspace ID. However, the Key and Token stay the same between workspaces.

  5. Click Connect
  6. Once the integration is connected and synced, it will display a green checkbox.mceclip4.png

Available Actions 

  1. Create Member
  2. Deactivate Member 
  3. Remove Member (note that deactivated users cannot be removed)
  4. Reactivate Member
