Deleting an application removes it from your applications in Torii. Unlike hiding an app — which only removes it from your views while keeping all its data — deleting removes the application itself. Use it for apps added by mistake or no longer relevant.

How to delete an application
From the Applications page (single or several at once):
- Go to Applications and select one or more apps using the checkboxes.
- Click the Remove dropdown → Delete.
From an application's page:
- Open the application.
- Click the ⋮ (3-dots) menu in the top-right → Delete app.
In both cases Torii checks each app first:
- Apps with no linked data can be deleted. Their owner and categories are kept, so the app is restored if it's discovered again later.
- Apps with linked data (users, contracts, transactions, etc.) can't be deleted — they're shown in a "Cannot be deleted" section.
For a mixed selection, you can delete the eligible apps and leave the blocked ones.
Why can't I delete an app? If an app still has linked data, it's protected from deletion to avoid losing connected records. Contact Torii support for help, then try again.
