The Licenses section is where licensing information sourced from direct integrations is displayed, enabling Torii admins to understand the usage scenario and pinpoint opportunities to streamline allocation.

Licenses: Current Tab

The Current tab presents a list of your integrated applications and the basic data for each: license counts, costs and statuses, expandable (by clicking anywhere in a row) to display a detailed list of license types:

Each line details the license type's contribution to the app total count, allowing a Torii admin to adjust that type's subtotal and price by clicking the blue pencil icons that appear on hover:

For more information, see Enter Total Licenses , Adding License Costs and License Cost Benchmarks.

Clicking the blue number by "Inactive" pops up a window that lists the individual licenses of the type and their related data for each user, including the reason Torii considers them inactive.

Scroll to the right to (on hover) reveal a "Take Action" button for each license which will allow a Torii admin to run a removal action from the set available to the integration.
