In the Expenses section, Torii reconciles expense data from multiple sources and shows you how much is spent on each app, highlighting opportunities to save.  For more information, see Introduction to SaaS Expenses in Torii.

Expenses: Overview Tab

The Overview tab presents a summary view of overall spend over time, category breakdown, and a list with application details, sorted by top spend in the last year.  See Overview tab for more details.

Expenses: Matching Rules Tab

Torii matches apps to expenses based on text in each memo. As with any such algorithm, you may want to make your own refinements. The Matching Rules tab is where you add exceptions that will apply before the platform's own logic. For more information, see What are Matching Rules and How to Use Them. 

Expenses: Expense Files Tab

Outside of expense integrations and the API, expenses can also be manually uploaded from the Expense files tab.  For more information see How to Add Expenses Manually.

The All Expenses tab presents a filterable and searchable view of all transactions, matched, unmatched, or archived for any time period with the ability to export the data once you have drilled in. See All Expenses Tab for more information.
