Selecting the List
Tasks in ClickUp are always created within a specific list. When using Torii's "Create ClickUp Task" action, you must specify the list where the task will be created.
Selecting Lists from the Dropdown
- Navigate to the List selection area in the UI for the action.
- Click on the dropdown menu to view a prepopulated list of available ClickUp lists.
- Select the desired list by clicking on it.
Manually Entering List IDs
If the desired list does not appear in the dropdown or if there are delays loading the available lists, you can manually enter the ClickUp list ID:
- Select the Enter List ID radio button.
- Paste the ClickUp list ID into the provided text field.
To locate your ClickUp list ID:
- Open the desired list in ClickUp.
- Check the URL of the list in your browser.
The list ID is the series of numbers directly following/l/or/li/.
The Priority Field
The Priority field is optional when configuring the "Create ClickUp Task" action. However, the following considerations apply:

Enabling Priority in ClickUp Spaces: Ensure the Priority feature is enabled for the selected space in ClickUp. This is a prerequisite for the Priority field to function correctly.

Behavior When Priority is Disabled: If Priority is disabled for the space, ClickUp will not generate an error when the priority parameter is sent via Torii. However, the Priority field may not appear or function as expected in the ClickUp UI.
To avoid inconsistencies, verify that Priority is enabled in the relevant space before using this field in Torii.
