Requirements
Accounts & permissions
Make sure you have an Talkdesk account and admin user or a user with permissions to view users, access account data, and create an OAuth client.
Scopes
Torii requires the following scopes:
- users:read
- account:read
Connect Talkdesk integration to Torii
- Go to the Integrations page and select the Talkdesk tile
- Click Connect to Talkdesk
- Enter the client ID, client secret, subdomain, select the region, and click Connect.
- Once the integration is connected and synced, it will display a green checkbox.
How to Generate a Client ID and Client Secret
- On your Home page, go to Builder > OAuth Clients and click on Create OAuth Client.
- Choose a descriptive name for the OAuth client, set the Grant Type to Client Credentials, and click on Add Scopes.
- Select the users:read, and account:read scopes, click on Add Scopes, and then click on Create to generate your client ID and client secret.
How to Find Your Subdomain
To find your subdomain, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Talkdesk home page.
- In your browser's address bar, you will see a URL similar to this:
https://[SUBDOMAIN].mytalkdesk.com/atlas/apps/home
