Make sure you have an Talkdesk account and admin user
Scopes
Torii requires the following scopes:
- users:read
- account:read
Connect Talkdesk integration to Torii
- Go to the Integrations page and select the Talkdesk tile
- Click Connect to Talkdesk
- Enter your Talkdesk Subdomain and Account region, and click Connect.
- Once the integration is connected and synced, it will display a green checkbox.
How to Find Your Subdomain
To find your subdomain, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Talkdesk home page.
- In your browser's address bar, you will see a URL similar to this:
https://[SUBDOMAIN].mytalkdesk.com/atlas/apps/home
