Set up FreshService integration and get all the insights in Torii's dashboard
Overview
Torii integrates with your FreshService account and syncs:

Users list - Names, emails & statuses

License - Shows if the user has an account license and the last visit date
Note that Torii can support multiple FreshService accounts
In addition, the integration enables you to perform actions straight from Torii like:
- Create a Freshservice agent (Full Time license)
- Set Freshservice agent license to Occasional
- Deactivate Freshservice agent
- Delete Freshservice agent - Note, that this also deletes the agent's data
- Create Freshservice requester
- Deactivate Freshservice requester
- Delete Freshservice requester
- Create Freshservice ticket
Prerequisites
- The organization has signed up for the Freshworks Suite of Products, which includes FreshService. FreshService account can be accessed through a common Freshworks account - The Freshworks Organization Account
- An Org Admin role is required
Connect FreshService integration to Torii

Go to the Integrations page and select the FreshService tile

Click Connect to FreshService
- Choose the permissions type
- Enter FreshService Organization URL - [YOUR DOMAIN].freshservice.com
- Enter API Key

Click Connect
- Once the integration is connected and synced, a green checkbox will be displayed
