Set up knowBe4 integration and get all the insights in Torii's dashboard

Overview

  • Torii integrates with knowBe4 and syncs the users: email, name, status, enrolled date, and user groups.
  • Torii also supports actions for managing users – available only to Diamond customers.

Prerequisites

  • You are required to be a knowBe4 account admin.
  • APIs are available to Platinum and Diamond customers.
  • To use actions, you must be a Diamond customer and provide an additional Product API Token.

Integration Process

To connect knowBe4 to Torii, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Torii's Integrations page and click the knowBe4 tile
  2. Click Connect

  3. In the Connect knowBe4 window:
    • Under Choose permissions, select:
      • Read – to sync users only
      • Read and Take action – if you want to use actions (requires Diamond plan and Product API Token)
    • Under Server, select the appropriate server: view list
  4. Provide the Reporting API Token (required):
    • Go to Settings > Account Integrations > API
    • Check Enable Reporting API Access
    • Generate and copy the token
    • Save changes to apply

    • Paste the token into the Reporting API Token field in Torii

  5. [Optional] Provide the Product API Token (required only for actions):

    • Choose KSAT under Products
    • Select Read/Write scope (required)
  6. Click Connect
  7. Once the integration is connected and synced, it will display a green checkbox.
