Torii integrates with Knowledgeowl and syncs the users: Role, Status, and last used date.

- Full admin privilege is required to generate a necessary API key
Connect Knowledgeowl integration to Torii
To connect Knowledgeowl to Torii, follow these steps:
- Go to the Integrations page and click on the Knowledgeowl tile
- Click on Connect
- In the Connect Knowldgeowl window, select the permission type you wish to provide Torii
- Locate and enter Knowledgeowl API Key
- Click Connect
- Once the integration is connected and synced, it will display a green checkbox.

Q: What should I enter in the "Account Name" field?
A: The Account Name field lets you connect multiple KnowledgeOwl accounts to Torii. The value can be anything you choose — it is only used to distinguish between your connected accounts. Make sure to use a unique Account Name for each account: connecting a different account with an Account Name that is already in use will overwrite the existing account's data, so choosing distinct names is your responsibility.
