Overview
Torii integrates with Knowledgeowl and syncs the users: Role, Status, and last used date.
Prerequisites
- Full admin privilege is required to generate a necessary API key
Connect Knowledgeowl integration to Torii
To connect Knowledgeowl to Torii, follow these steps:
- Go to the Integrations page and click on the Knowledgeowl tile
- Click on Connect
- In the Connect Knowldgeowl window, select the permission type you wish to provide Torii
- Locate and enter Knowledgeowl API Key
- Click Connect
- Once the integration is connected and synced, it will display a green checkbox.
