Overview
Torii integrates with Celigo and syncs:
- Users and their access levels (owner, administrator, manage, monitor) from your Celigo account.
- User status (Active, Pending, Declined, Disabled) and last sign-in time.
- You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.
Requirements
To connect this integration, we require the following:
Accounts & Permissions
- A Celigo account owner or administrator, who can create an API token with Full access.
- The token must be created in the Production environment of the account you want to connect.
Required keys
- Region - the Celigo region your account is hosted in (US, EU, Australia, or Canada).
- API Token - a Celigo API token with Full access.
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Identify your Celigo region
Sign in to Celigo (integrator.io) and look at the web address in your browser. The beginning of the address tells you which region to select in Torii:
| Celigo web address | Region to select in Torii |
|---|---|
| integrator.io | US (api.integrator.io) |
| eu.integrator.io | EU (api.eu.integrator.io) |
| au.integrator.io | Australia (api.au.integrator.io) |
| ca.integrator.io | Canada (api.ca.integrator.io) |
Step 2: Generate an API token
- Sign in to Celigo (integrator.io) as an account owner or administrator, and make sure you are working in the Production environment.
- Go to Resources >> API tokens, then select + Generate token.
- Choose Service token.
- Enter a name for the token, for example Torii.
- Under Token permissions, select Full access. Torii needs it to read the users of your account.
- Set Auto purge token to Never. If the token is purged, Torii will lose access and you will need to generate a new one.
- Select Generate token, then copy the token.
Important
Copy the token from the dialog and store it securely before closing it.
The token is tied to one region and one environment, so create it in the same region and environment (Production) as the account you connect.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Celigo and click Connect.
- Select your Region and paste the API Token.
- Click Connect.
Actions
The following actions are available in Torii workflows (currently in beta):
- Invite Celigo user - invites a user to your Celigo account with the access level you choose: Administrator, Manage all, or Monitor all.
- Change Celigo user access level - changes a user's access level to Administrator, Manage all, or Monitor all. Celigo replaces the user's access settings on update, so per-integration access and the MFA requirement set on the user are cleared.
- Remove Celigo user - removes a user from your Celigo account.
The account owner is listed in Torii, but the owner's access level cannot be changed and the owner cannot be removed.
