Overview
Torii integrates with Deepgram and syncs:
- Project members, including email, first and last name, and role.
- All synced members are shown as active. Deepgram is billed by usage, so no licenses are synced.
- You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.
Requirements
Accounts & Permissions
- A Deepgram project to connect.
- Access to the Deepgram Console with permission to create an API key with the Admin role in that project.
Required keys
To connect this integration, we require the following:
- API Key - a Deepgram project API key created with the Admin role. The Member role cannot list project members. The Owner role is only needed if you want to manage Owners, which Torii does not do.
- Project ID - the ID of the Deepgram project to connect.
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Create an API key
- Log in to the Deepgram Console.
- Locate the Projects drop down on the top-left and select the project you want to connect.
- Select Settings.
- Select the API Keys view.
- Select Create a New API Key.
- Enter a Friendly Name (Comment), for example Torii.
- Under Permissions, select the Admin role.
- Choose an Expiration. If the key expires, you will need to create a new one and reconnect the integration.
- Select Create Key.
- Copy the key secret and save it somewhere safe, then select Got it.
Important
The key secret is shown only once. A key can only do what the role of the person who created it allows, and if that person is later removed from the project, their API keys are disabled. Create the key from an account that will remain in the project.
Step 2: Get the Project ID
- Copy your Project ID from the Deepgram Console.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Deepgram and click Connect.
- Enter the API Key and Project ID.
- Click Connect.
Actions
- Invite Deepgram member - invites a person to the project by email with the Member or Admin role.
- Remove Deepgram member - removes a member from the project. Removing a member disables all API keys that member created.
- Set Deepgram member role - changes a member's role to Member or Admin.
