Overview
Torii integrates with Grain and syncs:
- Users (name and email)
- Licenses
- Grain does not provide a user status, so all synced users are shown as active.
- You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.
Requirements
Accounts & Permissions
- A Grain workspace on a Business or Enterprise plan.
- Grain workspace admin access. Only workspace admins can generate workspace API tokens.
Required keys
To connect this integration, we require the following:
- Workspace Access Token. A personal access token is not supported.
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Generate a Workspace Access Token
- Sign in to Grain as a workspace admin.
- Go to Workspace settings >> Integrations >> API, or open https://grain.com/app/settings/integrations?tab=api.
- Generate a Workspace Access Token.
- Copy the token.
Important
Use a Workspace Access Token, not a Personal Access Token generated under Account settings. Torii rejects personal tokens.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Grain and click Connect.
- Paste the Workspace Access Token into the Workspace Access Token field.
- Click Connect.
