Overview
Torii integrates with FloQast and syncs:

To connect this integration, we require the following:
Accounts & Permissions
- A FloQast Manager or Admin account. Only Managers and Admins can create API keys. Admins must also enable a setting on the API Keys page to allow Sys Admin users access to the API Keys tab.
- FloQast includes the Users API service on API keys by default. If you do not see it when creating a key, contact your FloQast Accounting Success Manager.
- The Deactivate User action needs a higher user-management permission in FloQast than syncing users does. After connecting, run the action once on a test user to confirm your key allows it.
Required keys
- API Key - a FloQast API key with access to the Users API service only.
- Region - US, EU or AU, matching the region where your FloQast instance is hosted.
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Generate an API key
- Sign in to FloQast as a Manager or Admin.
- Go to Settings >> API Keys.
- Fill in the new key settings:
- New API Key Name: enter a name, for example Torii.
- Expiration: choose an expiration date. An expired key stops working, and you will need to create a new key and reconnect the integration.
- Select API Services: select only Users. Torii does not need access to any other service.
- Click Create API Key.
- Copy the new key.
Important
The API key is displayed only once. After you leave the page you cannot view it again, so copy it before leaving.
Step 2: Identify your region
- Your region is determined by where your FloQast instance is hosted. Check your FloQast URL or contact your FloQast admin if you are unsure.
- In Torii, select the Region option (US, EU or AU) that matches your FloQast instance.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for FloQast and click Connect.
- Enter an Account Name, your API Key and select your Region.
- Click Connect.
Actions
Deactivate User - deactivates a user in FloQast. Running it again on an already deactivated user succeeds with no change. It needs a key with user-management permission (see Requirements).
Q&A
Q: What should I enter in the "Account Name" field?
A: The Account Name field lets you connect multiple FloQast accounts to Torii. The value can be anything you choose. It is only used to distinguish between your connected accounts. Make sure to use a unique Account Name for each account: connecting a different account with an Account Name that is already in use will overwrite the existing account's data, so choosing distinct names is your responsibility.
