Overview

Torii integrates with Attio and syncs the members of your Attio workspace: their name, email, access level (Admin or Member) and status.

Requirements

Accounts & Permissions

• An Attio workspace admin. Only admins can create access tokens in Attio.
• API access tokens are available on all Attio plans.

Required keys

• An Attio access token (API key) with the User Management: Read scope.

How to Generate the Required Values

Step 1: Create an access token in Attio

1. In Attio, open the dropdown beside your workspace name and click Workspace settings.
2. In the settings menu on the left, under Workspace, click Developers.
3. On the Access tokens tab, click Create access token (or + New access token if the workspace already has tokens).
4. In Name, enter a name for the token, for example Torii.
5. In the list of permissions below the name, set User Management to Read. Leave every other permission on Disabled. Torii does not need them.
6. Click Save.
7. Next to the new token, click the copy icon to copy it. You can copy it again later from the Developers page.

Attio access tokens do not expire. If you delete the token in Attio, the integration stops syncing until you reconnect with a new token.

How to Connect the Integration

1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
2. Search for Attio and click Connect.
3. Paste the access token into the Access Token field.
4. Click Connect.

What is Synced

• Admins and members are synced as active users, with role Admin or Member.
• Suspended members (removed from the workspace in Attio) are synced as deleted users.
• All users are counted under one Attio license.
• Pending invitations are not synced. Attio's API returns them only after the person joins the workspace.
