Overview

Torii integrates with Sauce Labs and syncs:

User Fields
Status, Role
  • You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.

Requirements

To connect this integration, we require the following:

Accounts & Permissions

  • A Sauce Labs user with the Organization Admin role. Organization admins can manage users across the whole organization.
  • A Sauce Labs Enterprise plan. Sauce Labs offers user management on Enterprise plans only.
  • Use the username and access key of a regular Sauce Labs user. Service accounts cannot manage users, so their keys will not work.

Required keys

  • Data Center
  • Sauce Labs username
  • Sauce Labs access key

How to Generate the Required Values

Step 1: Find your data center

  1. Log in to Sauce Labs.
  2. Check the upper-right corner of the Sauce Labs user interface. It shows your data center: US West 1, US East 4, EU Central 1, or Asia South 2.
  3. Select the matching option in Torii:
Shown in Sauce Labs Select in Torii
US West 1 US West
US East 4 US East
EU Central 1 Europe
Asia South 2 Asia South

Step 2: Get your username and access key

  1. Log in to Sauce Labs as an Organization Admin.
  2. Click ACCOUNT and then click User settings.
  3. Copy your Sauce Labs username and access key from the User Settings screen.

Important
Regenerating an access key updates it everywhere it is used, and commands or integrations that use the old access key will stop working. Regenerate it only if you need to, and then update the key in Torii.

How to Connect the Integration

  1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
  2. Search for Sauce Labs and click Connect.
  3. Select your Data Center, and enter your Username and Access Key.
  4. Click Connect.

Actions

  • Create User - creates a new user in your Sauce Labs organization. The user is created as a Member in the default team, and a password that meets the Sauce Labs password policy is required.
  • Update User - updates the first and last name of an existing user.
  • Deactivate User - deactivates (suspends) a user. Sauce Labs does not support deleting users through its API.

Actions require the connecting user to be an Organization Admin.
