Overview

Torii integrates with Tremendous and syncs:

• Team members, including their email, name and role.
• Member status (Registered, Invited or Inactive).
• Last login date.
• You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.

Requirements

To connect this integration, we require the following:

Accounts & Permissions

• A Tremendous production account that has been approved for production API access.
• A Tremendous user with the Admin role, who can generate API keys.

Required keys

• A Tremendous production API key created by an Admin. Sandbox keys (starting with TEST_) do not work.
• Syncing only reads data, so a read-only key is enough. To use Torii actions, create a key with read and write access.

How to Generate the Required Values

Follow these steps to generate the required values:

Step 1: Get production API access

1. Sign in to your production account at tremendous.com.
2. Go to Team settings >> Developers and click Request production API access.
3. Complete the form in the popup. Tremendous reviews the request before approving production API access, which usually takes 1-2 business days.

Step 2: Generate the API key

1. As an Admin, go to Team settings >> Developers.
2. Generate a production API key.
3. Copy the key.

How to Connect the Integration

1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
2. Search for Tremendous and click Connect.
3. Enter the API Key you generated.
4. Click Connect.

Actions

• Invite Tremendous user - invites a person to your Tremendous team with the role you select.
• Update Tremendous user - changes a team member's role.
• Delete Tremendous user - removes a member from your Tremendous team. The member loses access to the organization.

Actions require an API key with read and write access, created by an Admin.
