Overview
Torii integrates with Calibre and syncs:
- Users
- You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.
Requirements
To connect this integration, we require the following:
Accounts & Permissions
- A Calibre account with the Administrator role. Only Administrators can create an Admin Token, and managing members in Calibre is limited to Administrators.
- A Calibre Starter, Team or Company plan. These plans include API access.
Required keys
- Admin API token - a Calibre Admin Token.
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Create an Admin Token
- Sign in to Calibre as an Administrator.
- Click your name at the bottom left of the navigation, and then click API.
- Click Create new token.
- Enter a name that identifies the token, for example Torii.
- Choose when the token expires.
- (Optional) Add an IP address to limit incoming requests. Leave it blank to allow requests from all IP addresses.
- Under Team access, keep All Teams. Under Permissions, select Read Members to sync users. To use the actions, also select Send Member Invites, Update Members and Delete Members. If the form doesn't list these permissions, contact Calibre support before you connect.
- Click Create token.
- Copy the token.
Important
Calibre displays the token only once. Save it in a safe place, such as your password manager, before you leave the page.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Calibre and click Connect.
- Enter the Admin API token.
- Click Connect.
Actions
- Invite Calibre user - invites a user to your Calibre organization. If your organization requires SSO, Calibre turns off email invitations and this action can't invite users.
- Change Calibre user role - changes the role of an existing Calibre user.
- Remove Calibre user - removes a user from your Calibre organization.
