Torii integrates with Contentful and syncs:

Requirements
To connect this integration, we require the following:
Accounts & Permissions
- A Contentful Premium or Enterprise plan. The Contentful User Management API is available for Premium and Enterprise customers on current pricing plans.
- A personal access token created by a user who is an organization Admin or Owner. Organization members receive only limited user details (without email addresses), so the sync requires an Admin or Owner.
- The token carries the permissions of the user who created it. To use the Torii actions (invite a user or remove a user), the token must belong to an organization Admin. Assigning the Owner role may require an organization Owner.
Required keys
- Personal Access Token - a Contentful personal access token.
- Organization ID - the ID of your Contentful organization.
- Region - US or EU, according to where your Contentful account is hosted.
How to Generate the Required Values
Follow these steps to generate the required values:
Step 1: Generate a personal access token
We recommend creating the token from a dedicated user that has the organization Admin role, so the integration does not depend on a specific person's account.
- Log in to the Contentful web app as an organization Admin or Owner.
- Open any space and go to Settings >> CMA tokens.
- Click Create personal access token.
- Enter a name for the token (for example, Torii) and click Generate.
- Copy the token.
Important
The token is displayed only once. Copy it immediately and store it securely.
Step 2: Find your Organization ID
- In the Contentful web app, open the organization menu and go to Organization settings & subscriptions.
- Open Organization information.
- Copy the Organization ID.

How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Contentful and click Connect.
- Enter the Personal Access Token, Organization ID, and select your Region.
- Click Connect.
Actions
- Invite User - invites a user to your Contentful organization with the selected role.
- Remove User - removes the user's membership from your Contentful organization. The user's Contentful account is not deleted. The last organization owner cannot be removed.
