Requirements
To connect this integration, we require the following:
Accounts & Permissions
- A Splashtop Enterprise plan (Remote Support or Remote Access). The Splashtop Open API is available on this plan.
- A Splashtop team owner or super admin, who can create Web API tokens.
Required keys
- Splashtop Web API Token
- Your Splashtop region (Global, EU, or OC)
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Identify your region

Step 2: Generate a Web API token
- Log in to the Splashtop web console (Global / EU / OC) as the team owner or a super admin.
- Go to Account Settings >> Web API Tokens >> Manage.
- Click Create API token.
- Under Token Access Permission, turn on Read-only and select only Basic user info and User role and info. No other permissions are needed.
- Set an Expiration Date for the token.
- Click Create and copy the token.
- In the Web API Tokens list, turn on the Status toggle for the new token. New tokens start turned off, and Torii can't connect until the token is on.
Important
Copy the token and store it securely.
The integration stops syncing when the token expires. Create a new token and reconnect before the expiration date.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Splashtop and click Connect.
- Select your Region and paste the Web API Token.
- Click Connect.
