Requirements
To connect this integration, we require the following:
Accounts & Permissions
- An Affinity account on the Scale, Advanced, or Enterprise plan. The Affinity API is not available on the Essential plan or on trials.
- An Affinity user with the Generate an API key permission.
- We recommend generating the key as an Admin user. The Manage Users permission is needed for Torii to read user roles and all email addresses.

How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Generate an API key
- Sign in to Affinity as an Admin user.
- Go to Settings >> Manage Apps.
- Click + New App and choose API Key.
- Enter a Name and a Description (for example, "Torii").
- (Optional) Add an IP allowlist.
- Click Add App.
- Copy the API key and click Done.
Important
The API key is shown only once, so copy it before clicking Done.
The key stops working if its owner is deactivated or loses the permission to generate API keys.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Affinity and click Connect.
- Paste the API Key.
- Click Connect.
