Overview
Torii integrates with Workast and syncs:

Requirements
Accounts & Permissions
To connect this integration, we require the following:
- A Workast Standard, Pro or Enterprise plan, or an active Pro trial. API access is not included in the Essential plan.
- A Workast user with the Admin role. Admin access is needed to run Torii actions.
Required keys
- API Token - a personal API token generated by a Workast admin.
How to Generate the Required Values
Follow these steps to generate the required values:
Step 1: Generate an API token
- Open the Workast web application and log in as a Workast admin.
- Click your name, in the top left corner.
- Click Preferences.
- Open the API tab.
- Click Create API token and copy the full token. It starts with
wat::.
Important
Generating a new token terminates any token you created before. If you already use an API token for something else, it will stop working.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Workast and click Connect.
- Enter the API Token.
- Click Connect.
Actions
- Invite Workast user - invites a user to your Workast team with the Member, Admin, or Guest role. Inviting guests requires a Workast plan that allows guests.
- Update Workast user role - changes a user's role to Member, Admin, Guest, or Free guest.
- Deactivate Workast user - deactivates a user in your Workast team. Workast does not allow deactivating yourself or the last active user.
All actions require the connected API token to belong to a Workast admin.
