Overview

Torii integrates with Text Blaze and syncs:

User Fields License Types
Email, Role, Status Text Blaze
  • Members who were invited but have not yet accepted the invitation are synced as active users and count as licensed, because Text Blaze bills for pending invitations as well.
  • You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.

Requirements

Accounts & Permissions

To connect this integration, we require the following:

  • A Text Blaze Business (or Enterprise) plan.
  • Administrator access to your Text Blaze organization, to create an API token.
  • An API token with the following permissions:
    • Users → Read and Organization → Read - required to sync users, roles and licenses.
    • (Optional) Users → Invite, Users → Update and Users → Remove - only required if you want to use the Torii actions listed below.

Required keys

  • API Token
  • Organization ID

How to Generate the Required Values

Step 1: Generate an API token

  1. Sign in to Text Blaze as an organization Administrator and open your organization page.
  2. Click the Integrations button on the organization page.
  3. Create a new API token and grant it only the permissions listed in the Requirements section above.
  4. Copy the token.

Important
Store the token securely. Grant only the permissions you need, since the token gives access to your organization's members.

Step 2: Copy your organization ID

  1. In the Text Blaze dashboard, open your organization page (or the Integrations panel).
  2. Copy your organization ID.

How to Connect the Integration

  1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
  2. Search for Text Blaze and click Connect.
  3. Enter the API Token and Organization ID.
  4. Click Connect.

Actions

The following actions are available for Text Blaze in Torii workflows. They require the optional API token permissions listed above.

  • Invite User - invites a user to your organization by email, with an optional role (Member, Editor or Administrator). The invited user appears in Torii after the next daily sync.
  • Update Role - changes a user's role to Member, Editor or Administrator.
  • Remove User - removes a user from your organization.
