Set up your Shopify integration and get all the insights in Torii's dashboard.
Overview
Torii integrates with Shopify via SCIM and syncs your Shopify users list, including roles and status.
Prerequisites
Before integrating Shopify, make sure that:

Your Shopify account is on the Shopify Plus plan. SCIM provisioning is only available on Shopify Plus.

You are a Shopify organization admin with permission to manage users and generate API tokens.
To verify SCIM is set up correctly before integrating with Torii, please check with your IT team, the Shopify help center, or Shopify support.
Authentication
Torii connects to Shopify using the SCIM API. When connecting, Torii's Authentication Method dropdown offers three options: Basic, Token, and Bearer Token.
For Shopify Plus, select Bearer Token and paste the SCIM API token generated in the Shopify admin.
Generate the SCIM API token in Shopify

Sign in to your Shopify admin as an organization admin.

Go to Settings > Users > Security.

Locate the SCIM section and generate a new SCIM API token.

Copy the token immediately and store it securely — Shopify only shows the token value once.

Connect Shopify to Torii

Go to Torii's Integrations page and click the Shopify tile.

Click Connect.

In the Connect Shopify window, enter the Base URL provided by Shopify.

In the Authentication Method dropdown, select Bearer Token (required for Shopify Plus).

In the Access token field, paste the SCIM API token you generated in the Shopify admin.

Click Continue.
- The Test Connection window will display and run the connection test.
Click Connect to continue. -
Once the integration is connected and synced, it will display a green checkbox.
