Overview
Torii integrates with Mindbody and syncs:

Requirements
To connect this integration, we require the following:
Accounts & Permissions
- A Mindbody developer account, with the developer approved to access your business's site data.
- A Mindbody staff (or owner) user whose permissions allow viewing staff. Viewing staff is needed to read staff email addresses.
- To use the actions, the same user must also be allowed to manage staff.

- API Key
- Site ID
- Username of the Mindbody staff user
- Password of the Mindbody staff user
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Get an API Key
- Sign up for a developer account at the Mindbody Developers site.
- Create an API key in your developer account.
- Have the business owner give the developer access to your site's data using the activation link or code that Mindbody provides. Until the site is activated for the developer, requests for that site are not accepted.
Step 2: Get the Site ID
- Your Site ID is the numeric ID that identifies your business in Mindbody.
- If you cannot find it, contact Mindbody API Support through the Mindbody Developers site.
Step 3: Choose the staff user
- Use the username and password of a Mindbody staff (or owner) user that can view staff. For the actions, the user must also be able to manage staff.
Important
Mindbody includes 1,000 free API calls per day. Calls beyond that are charged per call by Mindbody. Torii's usage counts toward this limit.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Mindbody and click Connect.
- Enter the API Key, Site ID, Username and Password.
- Click Connect.
Actions
- Create Mindbody staff member - creates a staff member with a first name, last name and email.
- Update Mindbody staff member - updates the first and last name of a staff member. Empty fields are left unchanged.
- Deactivate Mindbody staff member - deactivates a staff member. Mindbody does not allow deactivating staff who have future classes or appointments.
