Overview
Torii integrates with Rydoo and syncs:
| User Fields | License Types |
|---|---|
| Name, email and status (enabled or disabled) | Rydoo (counts enabled users) |
- You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.
Requirements
To connect this integration, we require the following:
Accounts & Permissions
- API access enabled for your company by Rydoo. API access is included in Rydoo's Business and Enterprise plans. To enable it, contact your Rydoo Customer Success Manager or connect@rydoo.com.
- A Rydoo admin who can assign roles, to give one user the API Manager role. This role is only needed to create the API credentials.
Required keys
- Client ID
- Client Secret
How to Generate the Required Values
Follow these steps to generate the required values:
Step 1: Assign the API Manager role
- Sign in to Rydoo as an admin.
- Go to Admin >> Users >> Roles.
- Give the user who will create the credentials the API Manager role.
Step 2: Create the API credentials
- Sign in to Rydoo as the user with the API Manager role.
- Go to Admin >> API Credentials.
- Click Create credentials.
- Copy the Client ID and the Client Secret.
- In the scopes for the new credentials, set Users to Full access. Torii reads users to sync them and writes users to run the actions.
- Click Save.
Important
The Client Secret is shown only once. Copy it and store it securely before leaving the page.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Rydoo and click Connect.
- Enter the Client ID and Client Secret.
- Click Connect.
Actions
- Create User - creates a new user in Rydoo.
- Update User - updates a user's first and last name.
- Deactivate User - deactivates a user in Rydoo. Rydoo does not allow deleting users through its API, so users are deactivated rather than deleted.
Q&A
Q: What should I enter in the "Account Name" field?
A: The Account Name field lets you connect multiple Rydoo accounts to Torii. The value can be anything you choose. It is only used to distinguish between your connected accounts. Make sure to use a unique Account Name for each account: connecting a different account with an Account Name that is already in use will overwrite the existing account's data, so choosing distinct names is your responsibility.
