Overview
Torii integrates with DealHub and syncs:
- Users: name, email and status
- Licenses: one DealHub license for each user
- You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.
Requirements
To connect this integration, we require the following:
Accounts & Permissions
- A DealHub CPQ administrator account, with access to the DealHub Control Panel.
- A DealHub plan with API access. DealHub lists its API as an add-on, so if you don't see API Settings in the Control Panel, ask your DealHub account manager to enable it.
Required keys
- DealHub URL - the address of your DealHub instance, for example https://app.dealhub.io (without a trailing slash).
- API Token - an API key generated by a DealHub administrator in the Control Panel. The key does not expire. DealHub does not offer a read-only token type, so this is a standard administrator-generated key.
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Generate an API token
- Sign in to DealHub as an administrator and open the Control Panel.
- Go to System Settings > API Settings.
- Click Add to create a new key, then copy it.
Important
The key is shown only once. Copy it before closing the window and store it securely.

Step 2: Find your DealHub URL
- Copy the address of your DealHub instance from your browser, for example https://app.dealhub.io.
- Remove anything after the domain, including a trailing slash.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for DealHub and click Connect.
- Enter the Account Name, DealHub URL and API Token.
- Click Connect.
Q&A
Q: What should I enter in the "Account Name" field?
A: The Account Name field lets you connect multiple DealHub accounts to Torii. The value can be anything you choose. It is only used to distinguish between your connected accounts. Make sure to use a unique Account Name for each account: connecting a different account with an Account Name that is already in use will overwrite the existing account's data, so choosing distinct names is your responsibility.
