Overview

Torii integrates with OpenRouter and syncs:

  • Organization members, including email, first name, last name and role. Roles appear as OpenRouter returns them: org:admin or org:member.
  • You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.

Requirements

To connect this integration, we require the following:

Accounts & Permissions

  • An OpenRouter organization account. Personal accounts are not supported.
  • An OpenRouter plan that includes Management API keys: Standard, Business or Enterprise. The Free plan does not include them.
  • An OpenRouter Organization Admin to create the key. Only organization admins can create a Management API key.

Required keys

  • Management API Key. A regular API key used for model requests is not accepted.

How to Generate the Required Values

Step 1: Create a Management API key

  1. Sign in to OpenRouter as an Organization Admin and make sure your organization is selected.
  2. Go to https://openrouter.ai/settings/management-keys.
  3. Click Create New Key.
  4. Enter a name (for example, Torii) and choose an expiration.
  5. Copy the key when it is displayed.

Important
The key is shown only once, so copy it before closing the window. The expiration cannot be changed later. When the key expires, create a new key and reconnect the integration with it.

How to Connect the Integration

  1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
  2. Search for OpenRouter and click Connect.
  3. Paste the Management API Key you created.
  4. Click Connect.

Q&A

Q: Why do I see only some of my OpenRouter users in Torii?

A: An OpenRouter organization is limited to 10 members unless OpenRouter support raises the limit. Torii syncs the members that OpenRouter lists for your organization. See OpenRouter organization management for details.

Q: Can I connect with a personal OpenRouter account?

A: No. The integration reads organization members, so it requires an OpenRouter organization.
