Overview

Torii integrates with EasyLlama and syncs:

• Learners: active and inactive. Archived learners are not synced.
• Name, email and role (supervisor or non-supervisor).
• Licenses.
• You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.

Requirements

To connect this integration, we require the following:

Accounts & Permissions

• An EasyLlama account with learner data to sync.
• An EasyLlama user who can open Settings > Integrations in EasyLlama, to create the OAuth application. We recommend an EasyLlama admin.

Scopes

• full - EasyLlama offers a single OAuth scope. This is the only option available, and it grants Torii access to sync your learners.

Required keys

• Client ID
• Client Secret

Both come from an OAuth application you create in your own EasyLlama account (steps below).

How to Generate the Required Values

1. Sign in to EasyLlama and go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Connect the API integration.
3. Create an OAuth application:
   • Application Name: Torii
   • Redirect URL: https://api.toriihq.com/api/auth/easyLlama/callback
4. Copy the application's Client ID and Client Secret. Keep the secret private.

How to Connect the Integration

1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
2. Search for EasyLlama and click Connect.
3. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret you copied.
4. You will be redirected to EasyLlama's sign-in and consent screen. Sign in and approve the requested access.
5. You will be redirected back to Torii once the connection is complete.

Q&A

Q: What should I enter in the "Account Name" field?

A: The Account Name field lets you connect multiple EasyLlama accounts to Torii. The value can be anything you choose: it is only used to distinguish between your connected accounts. Make sure to use a unique Account Name for each account, since connecting a different account with an Account Name that is already in use will overwrite the existing account's data, so choosing distinct names is your responsibility.

Q: Does the integration sync hire date, created date or last login?

A: No. EasyLlama's API does not currently expose these fields, so they are not synced to Torii.
