Overview
Torii integrates with CaptivateIQ and syncs:
- User details, including name, email, username, status, last activity date, and creation date.
- Each user's role, with "Organization Admin" added for organization admins.
- License information for active users.

Accounts & Permissions
- CaptivateIQ does not document permission scopes for API tokens.
- To sync every user in your organization, create the API token while signed in as an organization admin.

How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Generate an API token
- Sign in to CaptivateIQ as an organization admin, so Torii can sync every user in your organization.
- Open your user profile settings.
- Go to the "API Tokens" tab.
- Enter a label for the token.
- Click Create.
- Copy the token value.
Important
CaptivateIQ shows the API token only once. Copy it and store it somewhere safe before leaving the page.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for CaptivateIQ and click Connect.
- Enter your API Token.
- Click Connect.
Q&A
Q: Why might the number of users Torii syncs differ from my billed CaptivateIQ seats?
A: Payees who do not have a CaptivateIQ login are not synced by Torii, so the number of synced users can differ from your billed seat count.
Q: Can I connect more than one CaptivateIQ organization?
A: Yes. Each connection syncs one CaptivateIQ organization, so add a separate connection (with a token from that organization) for each one.
