Overview
Torii integrates with Geekbot and syncs:
- Users and licenses from your Geekbot team.
- You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.
Requirements
Accounts & Permissions
- A Geekbot account on the Basic plan or higher. API access is not included in the free Starter plan.
- Generate the API key from an administrator account. The API returns only the members of standups that are visible to the key's owner, so a non-administrator key may return a partial list of users.

To connect this integration, we require the following:
- API Key - your Geekbot API key.
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Copy your Geekbot API key
- Sign in to Geekbot at https://app.geekbot.com as an administrator.
- Go to https://app.geekbot.com/dashboard/api-webhooks (Dashboard >> API/Webhooks).
- Copy the API key shown on the page.
Important
API access requires a Geekbot Basic plan or higher. If your workspace is on the free Starter plan, the API key page is unavailable and the connection will fail.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Geekbot and click Connect.
- Enter your API Key.
- Click Connect.
Q&A
Q: Why don't all of my Geekbot members appear in Torii?
A: Geekbot's API returns the members who take part in at least one standup. A person who has a Geekbot account but is not a participant in any standup will not appear in Torii. Add them to a standup for them to be synced.
Q: Do I need a paid Geekbot plan to use this integration?
A: Yes. API access is available on the Basic plan and above, so a workspace on the free Starter plan cannot generate the API key this integration requires.
