Requirements

Accounts & Permissions

• The API key must be an administrator API key. Torii reads your Alchemer account’s user list, which Alchemer only makes available to administrators.
• API access is limited to Alchemer’s Enterprise tier.

Required keys

• API Token
• API Token Secret
• Region — the Alchemer data center your account runs on (US, EU, Canada, or Australia)

How to Generate the Required Values

Generate an API Token and API Token Secret

1. Log in to Alchemer.
2. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Security, then API Access.
3. Click Create an API Key.
4. Select an administrator user for the key.
5. Copy the API Token and API Token Secret shown on the page.

How to Connect the Integration

1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
2. Search for Alchemer and click Connect.
3. Enter your API Token, API Token Secret, and select your Region.
4. Click Connect.
