Overview

Torii integrates with Claude AI and syncs the member roster, seats, usage and spend for your organization's Claude AI account:

• Torii retrieves usage and spend data from Claude AI to power the AI module's insights.
• Torii also retrieves the member list, seat tiers, spend limits and pending invites, so you can see who has access and manage seats and spend.
• Cost data, including cost per user, is refreshed daily and is available from January 2026 onwards. See Syncing AI cost data from Cursor, OpenAI, Claude Platform, and Claude.ai.
• You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.

Please note: This integration is available for organizations on a Claude Enterprise plan. The data Torii syncs is served by Claude’s Analytics API, which Claude provides as part of Claude Enterprise.

Requirements

To connect this integration, we require the following:

Accounts & Permissions

• Your organization must be on a Claude Enterprise plan.
• These steps must be performed by your organization's primary owner in Claude AI.
• Public API access must be enabled for your organization.

Required keys

• Analytics API Key - a scoped API key created in claude.ai under Organization settings → API, with the read:analytics, read:spend_limits and read:members scopes (see Step 1 below).
• Create this key in claude.ai only. The Claude developer console at platform.claude.com issues a different type of key (sk-ant-api03…), and Console Admin keys (sk-ant-admin01…) are a third type; neither type can read Claude analytics. If Claude returns invalid x-api-key when you connect, create the key in claude.ai as described in Step 1.

How to Generate the Required Values

Step 1: Enable API access and create an Analytics API Key

1. In claude.ai, go to Organization settings → API (https://claude.ai/admin-settings/api-access).
2. Enable public API access for your organization.
3. Create a new API key. In the scopes table, select read:analytics, read:spend_limits and read:members.
4. Copy the API key.

How to Connect the Integration

1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
2. Search for Claude AI and click Connect.
3. Enter your Analytics API Key.
4. Click Connect.
