Overview
Torii integrates with Lattice and syncs users and licenses.

Requirements
To connect this integration, we require the following:
Accounts & Permissions
- A Lattice account with administrator access. An API key carries the same privileges as the user who created it, so it should be created by an admin.
Required keys
- API Key - a Lattice API token.
- Data Residency - your Lattice region: US or EMEA.
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Create an API key
- In Lattice, go to Admin > Platform > API keys (requires admin access).
- Click Generate API key.
- Click Copy to copy the key.
Important
Copy the key right away — Lattice shows the full key only once. The key also carries the privileges of the admin who created it: if that admin is later deactivated in Lattice, requests using the key are rejected and an admin must generate a new one.
Step 2: Identify your Data Residency region

How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Lattice and click Connect.
- Enter your API Key and choose your Data Residency region.
- Click Connect.
Q&A
Q: What should I enter in the "Account Name" field?
A: The Account Name field lets you connect multiple Lattice accounts to Torii. The value can be anything you choose — it is only used to distinguish between your connected accounts. Make sure to use a unique Account Name for each account: connecting a different account with an Account Name that is already in use will overwrite the existing account's data, so choosing distinct names is your responsibility.
