Torii integrates with Windsurf and syncs your organization's members and their license assignments.

Requirements
Accounts & Permissions
- A Windsurf account managed through the Devin API (Cognition's platform, where Windsurf organizations are managed).
- Admin access to your Devin organization, used to provision an organization service user with the Admin role.
- Enterprise-scoped service users are not supported - Torii connects to a single organization, so you must provision an organization service user.

How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Provision an organization service user
- Sign in to Devin as an organization admin.
- Go to Settings → Devin API and choose Provision service user (this creates an organization-scoped key - do not use an enterprise service user).
- Enter a Display name, set Organization role to Admin, and choose an Expiration.
- Recommended - pick the longest available expiration - the key expires (default 30 days) and the integration will stop syncing when it lapses.
- Click Provision service user and copy the API key (starts with
cog_).
Important
Copy the API key immediately - it may be shown only once.
Note the expiration date so you can provision a new key and reconnect before it lapses.
Step 2: Find your Organization ID
- On the same Settings → Devin API page, locate your Organization ID (starts with
org-). - Copy it.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Windsurf and click Connect.
- Enter your Service-user API key and Organization ID.
- Click Connect.
Q&A
Q: What should I enter in the "Account Name" field?
A: The Account Name field lets you connect multiple Windsurf accounts to Torii. The value can be anything you choose — it is only used to distinguish between your connected accounts. Make sure to use a unique Account Name for each account: connecting a different account with an Account Name that is already in use will overwrite the existing account's data, so choosing distinct names is your responsibility.
Q: My integration stopped syncing - why?
A: The Devin service-user key expires (default 30 days). Provision a new organization service user in Settings → Devin API and reconnect the integration with the new key.
