Overview

• Torii integrates with Monday and syncs the users' roles, statuses, and licenses (assigned only): Guest, Monday, and Viewer.
• Torii can support more than one Monday account.

Actions

Torii supports several actions that can be performed directly on your Monday account.

• Create Monday user (SCIM)
  Allows creating a new user in your Monday account using SCIM provisioning.
  This action requires an Enterprise account.
• Deactivate Monday user
  Only users provisioned via SCIM can be deactivated using this action.
  - If you attempt to deactivate an already deactivated user, the action will be considered successful.
  - If you attempt to deactivate a user not provisioned via SCIM, the action will fail.
• Invite Monday user
  Allows inviting a new user to your Monday account.
  This action does not require an Enterprise account.
• Update Monday user role
  Allows updating an existing user's role in Monday.
  This action does not require an Enterprise account.
  To use this action, the token must belong to a user with admin permissions.

Connect Monday integration to Torii

To connect Monday to Torii, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Integrations page.
2. Connect to Monday.
   
3. Select the required permission level.
   Note that to use Torii's actions (create/deactivate, etc.) you must check the "Read and Take action" option.
4. Enter the API v2 Token.
5. Optional - Enter the Account URL if you want to connect more than one account.
   
6. Optional - Enter the SCIM Provisioning Token if you want to use Torii for connecting & deactivating users.
7. Click Connect.
   
8. Once the integration is connected and synced, it will display a green checkbox.
