Overview

Torii integrates with Lucidchart and syncs the users: Roles, Statuses, and licenses.

With Torii, you can perform the following actions in Lucidchart:

  • Create Lucidchart user
  • Deactivate Lucidchart user
  • Delete Lucidchart user

Prerequisites

  • Lucid admin user
  • Users are authenticated using SAML single sign-on
  • Users are provisioned by an Identity Provider using SCIM

To ensure SCIM is set up correctly before integrating with Torii, please check with your IT team, Lucidchart help center, or their support.

Q&A

Q: After I run the "Deactivate Lucidchart user" action, I can still see the user as active in my Lucid dashboard. Why is that?

A: Torii returns only uses with licenses from the Lucidchart integration.  The "Deactivate Lucidchart user" action removes the Lucidchart license from the selected user, and as such the user won't return from the integration anymore. They are still an active Lucid user, though without a license, which is why you can still see them in the Lucid dashboard.
