FAQ
Q: My integrations has failed with the error "HubsSpot API shared rate limit reached". What does this mean?
A: The HubSpot API has a rate limit that is shared among all private apps for each organization. Altough Torii's HubSpot integration doesn't call the HubSpot API a large number of times, the integration can still fail if you have other private apps set up in HubSpot which are heavily utilizing their API.
When Torii's Hubspot integration fails this way, we continue to attempt to sync the integration for several days. If a rate limit error persists for more than several days, the integration will be disabled.
In this case, we recommend looking into and adjusting your private apps in HubSpot, as they are preventing the integration form syncing successfully. Once you've do so, please reconnect the integration.
