Usage
Torii integrates with Cisco Meraki and syncs the list of users, roles, last logged-in time, and licenses.
With this integration, you will be able to:
-
Identify users who haven't used Meraki in a long time
-
List your current Meraki Administrators and whose access should be revoked when employees leave your company
Prerequisites
To connect Meraki to Torii, you will need to provide Torii "Cisco Meraki Dashboard" API key.
Click here to learn how to generate it.
Note that it might take a few minutes for the API to be activated, so we recommend waiting before connecting Torii.
Integrate Cisco Meraki with Torii
- Go to the Integrations page and click the Cisco Meraki tile
- Click Connect
- Enter the API key and click Connect
- Torii will sync your Meraki data, which usually takes up to a few minutes. A green checkbox will be displayed once the integration is synced. You will be able to see the data on Torii Licenses page.
Q&A
Q: What should I enter in the "Account Name" field?
A: The Account Name field lets you connect multiple Cisco Meraki accounts to Torii. The value can be anything you choose — it is only used to distinguish between your connected accounts. Make sure to use a unique Account Name for each account: connecting a different account with an Account Name that is already in use will overwrite the existing account's data, so choosing distinct names is your responsibility.
