Overview
Torii integrates with Qualtrics and syncs:
- Users — first name, last name, email, role, status, and last visit time.
- Licenses.
- You can connect multiple Qualtrics accounts to Torii.
- You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.
Requirements
To connect this integration, we require the following:
Accounts & Permissions
- A Qualtrics account with API access enabled (the “Access API” permission). Brand Administrator access is recommended so the token can read all users.
- If your organization doesn’t have API access, contact your Qualtrics Account Executive.
Required keys
- API Token
- URL — your account base URL, e.g. https://your_data_center_id.qualtrics.com or https://your_organization_id.your_data_center_id.qualtrics.com
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Generate an API token
- Click the user settings icon in the top-right corner of your Qualtrics account.
- Select Account Settings.
- Click Qualtrics IDs in the navigation bar.
- In the API section, click Generate Token.
Important
Use the API Token from the API section. Do not use the OAuth client ID/secret from the “OAuth Manager” section — that is a different credential and won’t work.
Generate a token only once per user: creating a new token invalidates any previous token and is irreversible, so copy and store it securely.
Step 2: Find your account URL
- In Account Settings, click Qualtrics IDs.
- Note your Datacenter ID (2–3 letters and a number, e.g. iad1) and your Organization ID (e.g. acmeco).
- Build the URL in one of two formats:
- https://your_data_center_id.qualtrics.com (e.g. https://iad1.qualtrics.com)
- https://your_organization_id.your_data_center_id.qualtrics.com (e.g. https://acmeco.iad1.qualtrics.com)
- If one format doesn’t connect, try the other one.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Qualtrics and click Connect.
- Enter your API Token and URL.
- Click Connect.
