Overview

Torii integrates with Factorial HR and syncs:

• Employees as users, including their status.
• Licenses.
• Multiple Factorial HR accounts are supported.
• You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.

Requirements

To connect this integration, we require the following:

Accounts & Permissions

• A Factorial HR administrator account with permission to generate an API key.

Required keys

• API Key - sent in the x-api-key request header.

How to Generate the Required Values

Step 1: Generate an API key

1. Log in to Factorial HR as an administrator.
2. Go to Settings → Advanced → API Keys.
3. Create a new API key and copy it.

How to Connect the Integration

1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
2. Search for Factorial HR and click Connect.
3. Enter the API Key.
4. Click Connect.
