Overview
Torii integrates with New Relic and syncs:
-
Users list - All New Relic users
-
User status - Active, Inactive
-
User roles - Admin, Standard, Billing
-
License - View who is licensed and who is not.
Note, we do not present licenses for customers under the "one user model".
Prerequisite
- With Original use Model integration, ensure you have a Full platform user, also known as a full user (here)
- With One user model integration, you need a Pro or Enterprise account
- Make sure:
-
Users are authenticated using SAML single sign-on
-
Users are provisioned by an Identity Provider using SCIM
To make sure SCIM is set up correctly before integrating with Torii, please check with your IT team, New Relic help center, or their support.
