Overview

• Torii integrates with your Gong account and syncs the list of users.
• Torii uses the user’s Permission Profile in Gong as the user’s license.
• You will be able to see the different license types from the license page.

You can view how many users are connected to Gong and how many have a license.

Prerequisites

In order to connect the integration

• You are required to have technical admin permissions in order to generate Access key & Access Key Secret

• Get the - Access key & Access Key Secret

Gong- Get the Access key & Access Key Secret

1. From your Gong user

2. Go to your Company (company name) Settings
Note: If you don't see the "Company Settings" option you are not a Technical Administrator, ask Gong administrator to grant you the required permissions.

3. From the Company Settings page go to API

4. Click Create

5. Copy the Access Key

6. Copy the Access Key Secret

Torii - Connect the Integration

1. From the Integrations tab select the Gong tile

2. Click Connect

3. Paste the Access Key and the Access Key Secret

4. Click Connect

Once finished syncing the tile will display a green checkbox.
