Overview

Torii integrates with your TeamViewer account and syncs the:

• list of users you can view how many users are connected and how many have a license

• Status - Active, Suspended

• last used date - last time the app was used

• License - View the license types

Note: Torii supports multiple TeamViewer accounts

Prerequisites

In order to connect the integration - you must use a TeamViewer administrator account that has an active license to a Business, Premium, Corporate or Tensor plan.

Connect TeamViewer integration to Torii

1. From the Integrations page select the TeamViewer tile

2. Click Connect

3. You will be required to Connect to TeamViewer to approve the Torii integration

   

    

4. The OAuth integration type will automatically connect the integration and a green check mark will be displayed after the first sync.
   Note: If not connected you will be required to enter your user name and password to TeamViewer.
