Set up the Drift integration and get all the insights in Torii's dashboard
Overview
Torii integrates with your Drift account and syncs: users lists, roles, statuses, and licenses.
Note that Torii can support the sync of multiple accounts.
Prerequisites

User type - “Organization Admin”; usually the user who created the Drift account, or user who got “Organization Admin” permissions

Get Drift API Token
How to get Drift API token

Go to Drift Developer Platform and click on Create New App

Under SETTINGS go to Display information

Give the app a name

Go to Oauth & Scops

Scroll down to Drift Scops >> Add permissions by Scops and select the user_read permission to access information about users and users updates

From ACTIVATE YOUR APP select Installing to Drift

Click on Install App to Drift

Copy the OAuth Acess token
Connect Drift integration to Torii

Go to the Integrations page and select the Drift tile

Click Connect

In the Connect Drift box enter the API token created in the previous step

Click Connect

Once the integration is connected and synced, it will display a green checkbox
