Set up PagerDuty integration and get all the insights in Torii's dashboard
Overview
Torii integrates with your PagerDuty account and syncs users list - Names, emails, statuses, licenses, and roles.
Prerequisites
To connect Torii to PagerDuty, you will need to get an API token.
There are two types of PagerDuty REST API keys:
- General Access REST API Keys
- The REST API is available to all customers on current pricing plans. It is not available to some customers on legacy pricing plans
- Admins and Account Owners can create, disable, enable and delete general access REST API keys.
- User Token REST API Keys
- If your account has Advanced Permissions, users can create personal REST API keys
Note that you must be an account owner or global admin user to connect to Torii via the "Personal REST API key"

Generate general access REST API key
- From the PagerDuty website, go to Integrations
- Select API Access Keys
- Click on Create New API Key in the API Access Keys window
- Give the key a Description
- Leave the Read-only API key box empty to generate a token with Read and Write permissions, allowing to manage users via Torii.
- Click on Create Key

Copy the API Key
Note that after closing the window, the API key will not be visible
Generate user token REST API key

- In the web app, navigate to User Icon >> My Profile
- Go to User Settings
- In the section API Access, click create API User Token
- Enter a Description to help you identify the key later, and Click Create Token
- Copy the token
Connect PagerDuty integration to Torii
- Go to the Integrations page and select the PagerDuty tile
- Click Connect
- In the Connect PagerDuty box, enter the API created in the previous step
- Click Connect

Once the integration is connected and synced, it will display a green checkbox
Actions
Torii supports the following actions, allowing to seamlessly automate employee onboarding, offboarding, mid lifecycle changes and more:
- Create user
- Update user
- Remove user
- Add user to teams
- Remove user from teams
- Change user license
