Overview

Torii integrates with Motion and syncs:

  • You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.

Requirements

To connect this integration, we require the following:

Accounts & Permissions

  • A Motion account with administrator access to the workspace you want to sync.

Required keys

  • API Key - a Motion API key generated from the Motion Settings page.

How to Generate the Required Values

Step 1: Generate a Motion API key

  1. Log in to Motion at https://app.usemotion.com.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Create a new API key.
  4. Copy the API key.

Important
The API key is shown only once on creation. Copy it immediately and store it securely - it cannot be retrieved later.

How to Connect the Integration

  1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
  2. Search for Motion and click Connect.
  3. Paste your Motion API Key into the connect form.
  4. Click Connect.

Additional Notes

  • The Motion /users endpoint returns only id, name, and email. Role, status, and last-activity fields are not available; all synced users are reported as active.
  • Motion's public API does not currently expose user-management endpoints, so Torii does not provide create / update / delete user actions for Motion.
  • Motion does not expose license tiers; Torii assigns a single default license to all synced users.
